July heated up for our brokers, and one of our largest done deals during the month was completed by Michael Randman and Anne Michaels (SCLS). They represented Second Street, LLC in the sale of The Shoppes of Pell City located in Pell City, Alabama. The 58,332 SF shopping center, which had been recently redeveloped and retenanted with a Goody’s, Badcock Furniture and Burke’s Outlet, was purchased for $3.225 million.
