With the great insight, we believe everyone in retail and retail real estate should be aware of these trends that are affecting our industry as we speak.
Situated in a neighborhood that has much to offer, including the Highland Golf Course plus some of the city’s most-loved restaurants such as Little Savannah, Silvertron Café and V. Richards, this property is perfect for a live/work situation. Naked Art Gallery and Zoe Boutique are just a couple of the stores that make this a great shopping area as well.
With the booming of Birmingham’s food scene, it turns out that David Ashford, CCIM, was right when he predicted in 2011 that the city would soon be seeing an increased growth in restaurants. Back in 2012, he even encouraged those thinking about getting into the restaurant business to do so.
From the press we’ve recently been receiving, it’s pretty clear that Birmingham is on its way to becoming a food lover’s paradise.
Spring can be an extremely busy time for most people, and Southpace brokers were no exception. From the sale of one of the oldest skyscrapers in Downtown Birmingham, the Steiner Bank building, to a new sushi-Mex restaurant named Wasabi Juan’s, our brokers have been closing deals all month long.
Take a look at what our brokers have been working on during May:
You may have noticed our “Southpace Swag” album on our Facebook page. From sweatshirts to piggy banks, we love giving away free swag to our clients, friends and family. It’s a small gesture we do to show those that we work with that we appreciate them. Because, let’s face it, in today’s world we’re all guilty of not always taking, having or making the time to show it.
Throughout the years we’ve given out a variety of swag items and have enjoyed spotting them in different places across the city, state, and even around the globe (yes, we have a swag photo of children with Southpace items in both the Honduras and Africa).
Check out some of the swag below that’s been spotted lately and be sure to send us your Southpace Swag photos too!
