In case you were wondering, making deals and closing transactions aren’t the only things our brokers are good at doing.  Turns out, they’re pretty good at swinging and putting a golf club as well!

Southpace brokers Andrew Loveman, CCIM, Tyler Bradford, CCIM, Steve Lazarus and Southpace Controller David James brought home the first place trophy this past Friday July 24th from the YMCA Swing to Swim golf tournament.

The tournament took place at the Pine Tree Country Club in Birmingham, Alabama and benefitted the YMCA’s Learn to Swim initiative which offers a free comprehensive water safety program to at-risk children in Birmingham’s under-served areas. Southpace Broker and YMCA Junior Board President Joseph Sedita helped organize the event, which was sponsored by the YMCA Junior Board.

Way to go guys!
