Southpace June Transactions Total More Than $13 Million

Zoes-Kitchen-Menu2Our brokers have been “keepin’ the roads hot” to help bring some of your favorite local chains to new locations across the state, including a Zoës Kitchen in south Alabama and a Milo’s coming soon to north Alabama. Keep reading to see what they have been up to this past month.

Bryan Holt, CCIM represented Zoës Kitchen in the leasing of 3,000 SF at the Pinebrook Shopping Center in Mobile, Alabama. Holt also represented Milo’s Hamburgers in a ground lease of 0.90 acres at 1101 Beltline Road in Decatur, Alabama.

Blake Crowe, CCIM represented the landlord in a lease renewal of 3,000 SF to ExpectCare at Hitchcock Plaza in Birmingham, Alabama.

David Ashford, CCIM represented the landlord in the leasing of 1,638 SF to Pet Vet Express at Country Club Park shopping center in Mountain Brook, Alabama. Ashford also represented the landlord in a lease renewal of 3,200 SF to Pho Que Huong at Green Springs shopping center in Homewood, Alabama.

Bryan Holt, CCIM represented Great Clips in the leasing of 1,200 SF at Madison Centre in Huntsville, Alabama, 1,238 SF at Westgage Pavilion in Mobile, Alabama and 1,400 SF at Payton Park in Sylacauga, Alabama.

Andrew Loveman, CCIM represented the landlord in the leasing of 2,000 SF to Voyager Physical Therapy at 1495 Centerpoint Parkway in Center Point, Alabama.

Rich Vanchina, CCIM, SIOR represented the landlord in a lease renewal of 4,400 SF to Ole Mexican Foods at 900 Powder Plant Road in Bessemer, Alabama.

Bryan Holt, CCIM and Blake Thomas represented the owner in the sale of a 3,214 SF former Taco Bell at 2130 Quintard Avenue in Anniston, Alabama. Thomas also represented the landlord in the leasing of 6,723 SF of office space to HomeBridge Financial Services at 2919 John Hawkins Parkway in Hoover, Alabama.

Stephen Lazarus facilitated the transaction in the sale of a duplex on 5th Avenue South in Avondale, Alabama.

Michael Randman represented a group of investors in the purchase of 70 acres of development land in Shelby County for $8,000,000.
