John Lauriello, CCIM, SIOR and Blake Crowe, CCIM represented the owner in the sale of the 30,000 SF Berry Building at 2015 Second Avenue North in Birmingham, Alabama. Lauriello and Crowe also represented the landlord in the leasing of 4,190 SF to Strata Engineering at Hitchcock Plaza in Birmingham, Alabama.
Bryan Holt, CCIM and Blake Thomas represented Tacala in a land lease of an acre at 14650 Highway 231 in Hazel Green, Alabama. Holt also represented Great Clips in the leasing of 1,400 SF at Northport Corners shopping center in Northport, Alabama and 1,600 SF at Waddell Plaza shopping center in Huntsville, Alabama.
David Ashford, CCIM represented the landlord in the leasing of 2,000 SF to Nothing Bundt Cakes at the Whole Foods Market Center at Highway 31 and Lorna Road in Hoover, Alabama.

Vanchina also represented the owner in the sale of a 40,000 SF industrial property at 4128 Veterans Memorial in Adamsville, Alabama.
Blake Crowe, CCIM, Joseph Sedita and Steve Mordecai, CCIM facilitated a note sale for a 130,000 SF office complex in Huntsville, Alabama.
Stephen Lazarus and Troy Gisi facilitated the transaction in the sale of a 16-unit apartment complex at 4241 5th Avenue South in Avondale, Alabama.
Michael Perry represented the owner in the sale of an 8,800 SF office building to a medical device company at 212 13th Street North in Birmingham, Alabama. Perry also represented the owner in the leasing of an 11,854 SF warehouse to Simple Auto Imports, LLC at 1218 Second Avenue North in Birmingham, Alabama.
