John Lauriello, CCIM, SIOR, CPM sold and closed the Classic Wine Building located at 1920, 29th Avenue South in Homewood, Alabama to an investor for $2,400,000. Classic Wine will remain in the building for another 60-90 days and then relocate. The new owner/investor plans on renovating the building for a restaurant tenant.
