Southpace Completes $7 Million in Transactions During August

August has been a great month. Here’s a look at some of our biggest deals.

Stutts Everette represented Brick and Tin in the leasing of 2,673 SF at 2901 Cahaba Road in Mountain Brook, Alabama. This will be their second location in the Birmingham area and the restaurant is expected to open during the holiday season. Everette also represented T. Waynes BBQ Smokehouse in the leasing of 4,200 SF at Dolly Creek Station on Acton Road in Birmingham, Alabama. The restaurant is expected to open sometime this September.

David Ashford, CCIM and Andrew Loveman, CCIM represented the landlord in a renewal of 10,125 SF to Dollar Tree in the Trussville Marketplace at 455 Main Street in Trussville, Alabama. Ashford and Loveman also represented the landlord in the leasing of 2,500 SF to Cell Touch at Midfield Plaza in Midfield, Alabama. Ashford and Loveman also represented the landlord in the leasing of 6,400 SF to Aaron’s Rent in the Northwood Shopping Center at 2300 McFarland Boulevard in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.

Marcus Bruchis, CLS represented Rainbow Fashion in the leasing of 6,720 SF at 873 Dennison Avenue in Birmingham, Alabama.

John Lauriello, CCIM and Blake Crowe, CCIM represented the owner in the sale of a 5,000 SF office building to Berk Cleveland Rathmell Wealth Strategies, LLC. at 1952 Urban Center Parkway in Birmingham, Alabama. Crowe also represented the landlord in the leasing of 8,500 SF of office space to Diamond Fortress Technologies at 210 Inverness Parkway in Birmingham, Alabama.

Bryan Holt, CCIM, CLS represented the owner in the sale of 1.7 acres of land at 79 Folmar Parkway in Hope Hull, Alabama. Plans for the site include a new Hardee’s location and construction will begin soon.

Julie Gieger, CCIM and Michael Randman represented the landlord in the leasing of 3,200 SF to Creative Dog Training, Too Inc. at 130 41st Street South in Avondale, Alabama.
